And it will magically solve everything? M&A, CR, CB, notes etc. are financial tools. Very useful if you know how to use it, in the hand of apes it means nothing. I am starting to feel that current management is quite incompetent at using these tools.
Like any other holders now I am hoping this will be turning point for zip (if they survive this). The management will learn their lesson and correct their actions. Even few months ago I was concerned with their rapid expansion and I still am. Zip has undoubtedly in some turbulent market like India and Eastern Europe. Eastern Europe because of looming war and India because they will pay tic tac toe with you loaned money when it comes to returning. I assume ZestPay owners were over the moon to be able to sell their company to zip pay and not to mention at a premium.
Anyways, I can bark all I want, but at the end of the day how LD & PG handles everything will write the fate of Zip. Lets just hope it doesn't face demise from reckless spending and expansion.
