The stock repurchase program does not obligate the Company to acquire any particular amount of common stock, and it may be extended, suspended or discontinued at any time at the Company’s discretion.

They must be pretty confident with their cash flow and working capital position, to execute another repurchase program. Especially 3 X larger than the previous.

Lots of good things going on at the mo, growth exceeding peers, US interest rate cuts on the horizon, upcoming 30 June results, Russell3000 rebalancing, new share repurchase program, bank partnership, plus whatever else they have up their sleeve.
