Hey Chili, good on ya, I listened too.... solid results again, $13m profit this quarter, revenue growing massively (both UMS and actual revenue with revenue margin of 10.5%), subscribers growing by an average of 1,000 per day. Customer numbers back on the rise on a quarterly basis.
Forward outlook is imo conservative at $40m given they have already made over half that in the traditionally quiet half of the year yet are predicting 35-40% revenue growth.
About 18% of active users are subscribed to Premium/Anywhere. If more active users adopt Premium there's the potential for heaps more revenue. E.g. another 10% of users would be 2,600,000 x 10% = 260,000 X $15pm X 12 months. Imo the uptake in subscriptions of 1,000 per day is a major contributor to their ability to keep upgrading guidance ($20m to $30m now to $40m)
