Is it appropriate to apply the average PE ratio to Sezzle or should it be lower (or higher?!)
What will Sezzles earnings be after 2024? Growth rates come into it too - higher growth rates might allow you to place a higher multiple on the earnings. Sezzle is forecasting revenue growth of 25-40% so does this mean a multiple of 32x on forward earnings is reasonable?
There are a lot of variables and I am looking forward to seeing updates from the two analysts as well as any new ones getting on board to give us amateurs better valuation guidance.
Institutional data gets updated on the 15th of this month too and I recon there'll be a big jump in institutional holdings:
