    This makes Zip an even bigger takeover target for someone from the US. Plus they instantly get access to over 2M users in the Australian BNPL market.

    Somone will get instant US & AUS BNPL market share doing a lowball takeover of Zip and retail will be desperate to take it on the cheap.
