Sezzle - Journey to $1 Billion, page-99

Hey Tradinator, it hit a high of usd$16 a couple of times last night on better-than-average volume, then dribbled back down late in the session - see below. Anyone got any nasdaq chart analysis?

usd$14.48 is about aud$22, so Monday asx might reflect this, but at last the nasdaq listing seems to be taking control of both price and volume now, with the asx behind.



Less than 4 weeks to get ASX shares and not longer after delisting the December quarter and full year results will be out. I suspect that point in time will be used by the company to fully kick off promotion, analyst reports and price targets etc (which I have seen nothing of yet).

I summarised results for the last 4 quarters below and I reckon the December 2023 quarter is set up to be pretty good. We already know that October UMS for Sezzle was a 2023 record at approx $177m. I'm betting November would have been even higher, hopefully capturing some of the bnpl adoption that has been reported in the press (and recently priced in to the likes of Affirm, etc). Imo it's pretty certain that top line revenue and company revenue is going to show large QOQ and YOY growth. Hopefully net profit shows growth too, I'm betting it will.

Worth noting that as a standalone bnpl Sezzle has reported net profit for the last 4 quarters aka 12 months, and is likely to report a full year of net profit in the annual results to 31 December (due for release in Feb I think).
