It's really not much to do with Gamestop at all. It's the GameStop shareprice it's being manipulated through lots of buying pushing share price up. Nothing has changed with the fundamentals of the business. They still plan to shut down hundreds of stores in the US and try reinvent themselves through a big digital transformation program and perhaps look at online games.
Let's face it with faster and faster internet and subscription and paying online; gaming is all about online in the cloud nothing physical now apart from your console. It's like cars are now not even putting a CD player in news cars.
