That's really bad. I think it's passing off - especially as they are in identical market / customer type - but I'm not an IP lawyer to know for sure. I wouldn't invest in a company with questionable copying practices as it means they are somewhat ruthless and could be that way to shareholders maybe... bad form sezzle!
