my only experience dealing with the big four = EY and so on is that they always throw ambiguity. Never really stand on one side or the other. Through out their studies they take account both side of arguments (believe me for eg. the would sit down and argue what is and what is not an expense) and at the end they 'ethically' provide opinion that ensure their work integrity above all else.
I'd still buy, that said
