with respect, why look at a piece of paper for investment decisions, you should look at the company. I completely dont understand charting.
if charting would work, the chart would be the reason for shareprice moves. It is not. It is the company (it's people and its decisions) and the perception of the investors of the development of the company.

The chart records history. The chart does not know if or when some finance will b approved for this company.

invest today is my advice b4 it is too late.
Downside 50% upside 1000 's of percentages.
Also what is the chance that there will be no deal?
10%,20%?? Chance the deal is underwhelming? 30%
