It has indicated a capital raise rather than a takeover or restructure or anything else so expect a private placement but I thought they had just done one for about 15%, unless they have the 10% provision under ASX Listing Rule 7.1a but even that would only raise about $7.0m. It could be a rights issue also. I guess we will have to see what comes out on Monday or thereabouts.
