So I did get a call back. I wasnt expecting this quick. I was on the road so wasnt as through as I wanted but he said that they are in deep negotiation with the companies about finance and the companies are not rushing taking their own time. Seafarm is doing what they can to get it done.
As we all know all the roads will be built we touch bit on that. They will be still working in the ground in this dry season what ever they can do and will try to catch up as it all settles down.
I was wrong about NAIF. I thought thats what they were waitting for but they are actually waiting for the investors. Still positive about the PSD.
I guess if we believe on it we should hang around. It will happen just a matter of time.
