Did you notice it say's nothing about how they're stalled until Legune access is confirmed?
Until then, they say it's too wet at PDS site anyway, get performance bonuses from Cardwell/CO2 profits, sit on their hands, and do nothing.
And on the side, they have a nice little earner pip trading their freebies.
This can and will go on for years.
We're being rorted to the max.
