As for the selling, no maybe I'm naive, but I'm of the view that its not easy to sell shares without having to put out an announcement (in the case of the board, that is) - since its the board that has the truckload of shares. Put it this way, if such selling was ever found out I'm sure it would be a very serious offence with the authorities.

I'm of the view that management are confident the project will finally get the funding in place, especially now knowing there are no impediments technically, financially or other. Thus why would someone internal to the process want to sell out now?

The frustrating thing is that we aren't fully aware of how these discussions and negotiations are going, and obviously its not likely the company will provide too much information until matters are finalized.

But maybe I'm naive!

Yes, a change in a director's holding needs to be notified, but not a change in the holding of anyone else (unless a substantial shareholder). Hence an employee can sell without the market being any the wiser.

I'm hoping today's modest improvement in the share price is a good sign, but I suspect there is more selling to come at the 6.8 level.
