I have been a shareholder since EZA listed and saw the history. Todd Zani was terminated for compelling reasons. He was the CEO, running the business. They were on the verge of administration.
It was Doug and Mark that resurrected the company. Investors lost money but they were predominantly Zani sheep that likely followed him into STL unfortunately for the slaughter.
Mark Jones's clients have predominantly remained shareholders in EZA/SFM and now are reaping the benefits of their loyalty like myself.
STL shareholders have lost everything. Todd Zani stepped down from the board. Yet only weeks before STL was called in by creditors, Todd Zani was promoting STL talking about "organic growth" etc. Guess who was selling at the same time. Check out Swami's twitter posts about STL. They'll blow you away.
STL is dead. SFM is blooming! There's the proof right there.
