I recall having discussions with Mark about the business at the time. The reality of it was that it was a dying business with the likes of Pay-wave taking over and the declining use of cash in general. In the link in my post prior, it states that they were adopting a strategic review of the business utilising KPMG. It was clear that the business was in trouble.

Selling the business and creating a top shelf cash box enabled the company to make a new beginning from a position of strength and this is solely attributable to the current directors Rose and Jones.

@ddzx, I know it's taken a long time but things are looking good now imo.
