From all of the SFR neighbors this one is the only one who is still flying under the radar. I strongly believe that it won't be for long as more people are attracted to this area and arelooking for cheap entries.

If you want be part of this exciting area it doesn't get any better than RHM. I mean, can't see many downside to this one since their actual MC is backed by cash at hand.
