Scary times, all this talk about a new great depression. I have been watching SFR for a while and have been too scared to buy, luckly. In a depression debt can be a killer!
But the other side of the coin is Electfication of everything and we all know this needs a mountain of copper. SFR have their mountain and China are probably using up their mountain of reserves.
Exponental and disruption! And it works like this, but much 10 x faster today. Shall I buy ????? today??? Be greedy when others are fearful.
