It does make sense. I am only making the comparison in terms of timing. Sell at the top.
Karls timing was off. Yes its easy in hindsight but history shows SFR needed to move earlier or wait. But waiting would of probably have led them into being gobbled up and losing their job so they bought at that top and Karl lost his job anyway.
