Yeah I agree about the bod not short changing themselves. However most if not all have purchased or been given shares at the bottom. I think they'd have a different view of life had they been long terners.
This legacy issue statement is politely disguising poor management practice in the past imho. These guys should disclose exactly what these are. It's a nice comment to make if they offload rni because it offers SH's to question their investment and think it better just to let go because we've been miraculously saved by new mgmt. I'm not so sure our interest are at heat here. All imho.
