"Whatsup", i think you are forgetting that TLM has a very shrewd board and "major share holder". My opinion is that they will wait for the market to settle and then release the announcement. Furthermore, if you have a look at the volume over the past week, it has been minimal. If there were 100,000 sells in place, then i would have cause for concern. You need to have patience buddy!
