Yes, management had to sell some land to boost their cash balance and strengthen their balance sheet, i.e. essentially bought time to turnaround the company. No, I don't believe they did that (sell the land) to simply keep paying themselves (although I might be wrong).

I believe you should back the truck up and load up on Halo after 5 years there going to be worth soo much more than there incredible 1 cent range lol
