Too close to China and Russia IMO. Everything comes back to marketability. I would think a jurisdiction like Australia is safer. RNU intend to value add. Such will be the demand for graphite though, the world will need more.

Looks to be anamorphous graphite, but I can't find more detail. If it is, it's not suitable for batteries and fetches a much lower price. Plus, location, location, location. I'm watching SGA's developments, although not for me at this stage.
