Hi everyone,
There is a rare disconnection where SGC (66% Borba), is heavily discounted to XST (33% Borba)
Below is my analysis:
If you trade SGC, you will be dealing with a register that is 5 and 1/2 times smaller.
SGC 472,092,707 x .11 cents = $52 million.
SGCOA 131,915,719 x 4 cents ex = $5.3 million
SGC Fully diluted (604,008,426 x .11 cents) - ($5.3 million in cash) =$61.1 million Market Cap.
XST 2.674 Billion shares x .017 cents = $45.5 million Market Cap.
At well interests XST 33% - SGC 66%:
At Friday closing price in XST's favour:
XST 0.017 cents = $45.5 Million Market Cap.
SGC (fully diluted - 4 cent conversion benefit) = $91 Million Market Cap - 16 cents!!
At Friday closing price in SGC's favour:
SGC (fully diluted - 4 cent conversion benefit) 11 cents = $61.1 million Market Cap.
XST 2.674 Billion shares = $32 Million Market Cap - .012 cents!!
Above is not financial advice and my opinion only.
