Hi everyone,
I have just written to the company to remind the directors of ECX that they will fail their corporate responsibilities under the Corporations Law to act in the best interest of shareholders of the company if they do not open lines of communication and start negotiations with SG Fleet Group Ltd. This is because based on the closing prices of SGF and MMS last Friday, 8/03/2019, the implied offer from SGF of $2.34 per ECX shares is far more superior than the current merger offer from MMS of $2.17 per ECX share. Furthermore, there has been lack of communication from MMS since 29/01/2019 whether they intend even to proceed with the merger offer and the company should follow this matter diligently. I have also mentioned in the email to the company that I will post a copy of the letter to the ASX on the morning of Tuesday, 12th March 2019 if I don't hear from them. I will keep you all posted of any response I receive from the company as well as the contents of the letter that I have just written to them in this Forum.
Cheerio,
