That is a good initiative, and as a holder I'd certainly want to compare any offers before voting.
However, are we certain that SGF's offer is still valid?
ECX directors have rejected it when it was made, and there was no formal confirmation since then that I know of that they are negotiating a new/modified offer. Happy to be corrected if I missed it somehow?
