It's a valid point but look at examples like Gunns where the big banks sold debt and orchestrated insolvency for their principal benefit, wiping out small growers.
In case of Gunns, I remember well the debate on HC raging and the sp levitating https://hotcopper.com.au/threads/ubs-yesterday.1637537/page-2?post_id=9511445
or 100s others discussions until the sudden end. Then calls on HC for Royal Commmissons etc !
Here it's different because the Admin that Stephen B is predicting is only momentary - to allow business to continue / new owners / CA effectively wiped out. It could be argued for the good of the clients.
