As a newbe I am unclear about propping stratagy.
1. as a buyer prop you just need to have cash to put in a bid you don't intend to buy but you would only want to do that if you intent to sell so you need shares as well to profit.
2. as a seller prop you just need to have shares to put in a offer you don't intend to sell but you would only want to do that if you intent to buy so you need cash as well to profit.
If the previous is correct my question is ...
If you suspect propping is occurring, the propper must already own significant shares and have significant cash?
