    Well, it's official, class action is on. The following from an email recieved.

    "Thank you for registering your interest in participating in the proposed class action against Slater and Gordon Ltd. Maurice Blackburn has been investigating the proposed class action for a number of months. We have now determined that the case should go ahead and are preparing to institute proceedings in the Federal Court of Australia within the next few weeks"
