They have however engaged a third party - GPS - and the enquiry is related to determining whether a S/H is intending to participate in the AGM - they appear to be encouraging participation not discouraging it and there does not appear to be an attempt to sway a vote or determine how anyone intends to vote - least not in my case ..... perhaps I don't hold enough stock to warrant doing that so far as I am concerned maybe other who are apparently being asked that hold more - dunno.
