Citi bank sold this debt prior to the AGM update. We should pay more attention to any debt thats on sold from now on and at what price in the dollar its traded for.
Citi bank made a decision to sell before the AGM and good luck to them. I'm glad they took a massive haircut on that gamble and I hope the unnamed syndicate make a motza.
