To appease Mr & Mrs Mod , I'll say I totally agree with Mel & Walkingeagle , the board are gonna be very conservative in anything they prognosticate from here on in ... once or twice burnt there ... they've learnt their lesson ...
.... AG and fellow very board members own 20 million + shares in SGH : they're gonna fight tooth and nail against any stock dilution ...
As Mel posts , SGH can easily reduce their debt to below half the company's topline revenue ... and at current low interest rates , servicing that debt is no problem at all ...
