Regardless , the current funding is in place until April 2017 .... and if that canny Scot Mel is to be believed ( and believe me I'm a believer ) a chunk of money ( $ 200 m. give or take ) in 2'nd half FY ought to bite a sizeable chunk out of the debt ..
