SGH management vs DSH management

DSH; shortly after AGM when they got what they wanted including remuneration they announce guidance given is stuffed and SP drops 50% in a day. I hate being conned and sold at loss which I put into SGH. :-(

SGH; consistently reaffirm guidance after AGM, explains UK Regulatory Changes impact and can adapt if enacted, Directors and Board Members currently buying shares. I believe management can achieve what they said they will.
