The market discounts the future, and might possibly have been too pessimistic in its discounting.
The current personnel are best placed to bring in the fees owing. Will the new creditors really want to upset the applecart? If it was me, I would make an offer that might be voted through, and will keep key personnel motivated.
Maybe the dilution has already ocurred? A$8 to 11c! The market...
