Surely it is not in the interest of the banks to force SGH into administration.
They are owed too much, and SGH will bring in the fees owed far more efficeiently
than a third party.
I will not vote for a 5c deal (were that to be true!!!!!!!) I will take the banks down with me.
There needs to be a sensible compromise.
