All that link says is you can put orders is pre and post market hours, it has no relevance to your argument with shorters or people accumulating.

Tell me this, why would a person put in an order of 200 shares at the last second to bump the other 60,000 shares down by 1.5% if they wanted to bank profit?

On the other hand if you wanted shares a little cheaper or shorted the share you've just accumulated shares 1.5% cheaper or improved your short position.

I can tell we won't see eye to eye on this so I'll leave it at that for me.
