Yes: very good point, well made @keith200 . Although I suspect that my wife would have stabbed me by now if I had been so reckless with our funds.....so a court case would be out of the question

Perhaps the Probate Judge would have also dismissed her claim on my estate, stating that it was her pressure to which I succumbed and that she was therefore implicit in my death (stupid point really because it's she who stabbed me.....this is getting too complicated....).

My point being: a CEO of a company who has many of his own pros advising him is reckless at best if he decides to ignore their advice and listen to the seller. We'll see...but personally I don't think this is going to be quick.
