Truly incredible reading...
And incredibly, incredibly disappointing for shareholders (including ex-shareholders like me!) who are still dealing with the fallout - to see laid bare just how cavalier AG and the board were with shareholders money and borrowed funds. And all the more incredible when you consider how much of AG's personal wealth was tied up too...
Yes, there was deception - but so many red flags screaming caution - and all just ignored in the headlong rush to consummate the deal.
How these guys remain at the helm astounds me!
