    Hi Grumpy, it is a simple hedge. imho they believe on balance WTG have better odds but that might not necessarily mean that SGH fold. Rather go private
    Pi's lose but shorts not guaranteed a new payday either. WTG will rocket post SGH assuming the SFO also fold. A tall order but the better of the odds...
