Why didn't they put a request to the court in late 2015 to stop watchstone from making the distribution.
Had it been done. There would have still be plenty of money and / or assets to claw back.
Immediately After acquisition, grench would have saw the pwc report. Albeit late.. but still not too late, for claw back..why didn't he act then.. stop the special dividend distribution...
