Surely the banks best chance is to let SGH bring in the fees?
Look at what happened in the U.K. with Helphire (now Redde), a very similar business.
About 2012 Helphire was up shit creek, heavy borrowings, struggling to pay interest and to keep the cash flowing. The banks supported a capital reconstruction, and the shares have rocketed since.
There is no way that the banks can bring in the cash like the lawyers can.
