SGH will prosper and grow now, page-60

I haven't been following this class action thing, but I don't see why there wouldn't be one. I'm a long term long, and I was dissuaded from selling SGH by repeated affirmations of FY16 guidance. That guidance is now looking so far off the mark that those affirmations surely must have been unsupportable at the time. My problem of course is that I'm still long SGH, so if the class action succeeds reulting in me being compensated for my losses then my shares in SGH drop by a similar amount. In other words, I would be suing myself.
