Although not part of the CA's with MB etc , i today received a letter from Korda Mentha paying me a percentage of the funds in my claim through them relating to the Shareholders claimants scheme of arrangement. Now i warn all not to get too excited in that my payment was only about 4.5 % of my total invested amount over the period of claim. But i deem that going through the process of making this claim was worthwhile and at least gives me a level of closure and the wife is happy for an instant that i got something back from those losses.
I lost alot less than some on here and no where near Jim's losses but at least there looks like a possibilty of getting a small portion of lost funds back for those who made a claim.
