You're missing my point: no fraud has been found at what was Quindell. The SFO have a 3yr old enquiry still under way; nobody has been accused, charged or found guilty of fraud.

SGH spent many millions on a world class team of finance and legal brains picking through files AND ACCOUNTS but found nothing. Were they frauds too?

Yes...I'm invested there and yes, I'd like to see people hung by the gonads. But was there fraud?
