Noted / G&A increasing circa 50% to 2.37m$ / costs up / revenue down / empty treasury
Thats a lazy circa 750k$ pm to administrate a mini micro cap loss making enterprise.

The only who have profited from SGI are thir own company servants...( Operative & BOD)

Its hard to see what alternative NO voters over at SGI have after reading current set of numbers.
Wold be fair to speculate SGI have burned a further circa 4m$ since the end March
so the Merge / Sale cant come soon enough for SGI equity holders as it would seem a stretch
SGI could operate 1 more Quarter befor the undertakers are called in.
Perversely ,CYL deal IS the White Knight for SGI equity holders & creditors at this point.
