The South Africa part isn't a concern if the service is good.
Having to phone them multiple times is a problem and inconsistency of answers a bigger problem. Can you be more specific though in your request and their response. Were you including additional info every time you called? How was the service, inconsistencies aside. Were they friendly and helpful? Interested to know.
