No the facts are this mess could have been avoided if SGL directors come to the table regardless off information defiencies or bid size.

SGL directors have an obligation to there shareholders to at least view what QGC had to offer.

Why would we be frustrated?Yeah it would be nice to snag SGL but regardless QGC are going places and we are already very much in the money.How much are you down mate??
