    QGC is the knight in shinning Armour for SGL. If it is not for QGC doing it a favour,then some other company will put a sword through it with another bid. SGL is like the SS Posiedon, all the board members want to strangle each other, until the company sinks then the vultures will circle it and pick up the pieces.
