I would hope somewhere approaching NTA (which is 70c+ now? Hard to keep track with so many dilutions!)

If the balance sheet is healthy, the parasitic bankers are warded off, and there is a suitor wanting to buy the company, what possible reason could there be for selling it at less than the sum of its assets?

One might say that the assets are worth less than previous valuation [which is barely 4 months old] - but the point is, with enough money in its coffers, GPT can afford to wait until assets *are* worth current valuations - or possibly even more.

So, I hope and expect NTA+. Now, in case you havent noticed, we live in times where rationality is rare, so anything could happen!
